Miss Universe Riyo Mori and Miss USA Rachel Smith bring home the bacon at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino’s grand opening in Las Vegas.
I’m guessing she couldn’t go because she’s not 21.
She’s probably approve in NYC not getting into any trouble at all …
