2 sites- 2 different domain names and cant get one in google

Hi,I have built and put online 2 websites these are mostly the same. Yahoo ranked one <snip> at number 3Google also indexed this siteWhen yahoo picked up my back up similar <snip> it ranked it at number 3 but acorn marqueehire went down in the 100's. explore has yet to index marqueehireinkent co uk and I think it may have banned/ penalised it for being too similar to acorn which it already had indexed. If so how can I get marqueehireinkent to be my main site and indexed by google?
None of the engines desire duplicates or come_duplicates. Just end which domain you be to use and 301 direct the other one to it.
convey you. I will do that. However the main place i want to use is the back up one the one which I evaluate may have been alraedy banned for duplicant content of the first. ordain a straight forward redirect of the first website (which is indexed under google) fix the problem that my main site (second) is possible banned and not indexed. If not how can I fix that aspect? My Thanks in advance
As quickly as Google can ban (not index) a site it can just as easily go the opposite direction and unban/list it. If you get things fixed up on your end. explore usually comes around and figured out what to do. It may act a bit of time to have everything sorted out but be assured that you'll end up where you want to be.
>Will a straight forward redirect of the first website (which is indexed under google) fix the problemLike Marcia said a 301 is the type of direct required. For best results alter sure that each page has a 301 to its agree on the other site.

If it's Apache being used then I accept mod_write can be used to go 301's for all the corresponding pages. But as far as I know (guess?) it *might* be that they all undergo to "match" the pattern for the filepaths to correspond specifically if they're existing sites. Is the register coordinate the same and the file names?[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
