Decatur. GA-Police arrested Joshua T McCarter a 27 yearold white male resident of Decatur. GA in the Saunders & Son Pumpkin patch at 11:38pm Friday. McCarter will becharged with lewd and lascivious behavior public indecency and public intoxication at the County courthouse Monday. The suspect allegedly stated that as he was passing a pumpkin patch he decided to stop. "You experience a pumpkin is soft and squishy inside and therewas no one around here for miles. At least I thought therewasn't." he stated in a telecommunicate converse from the County courthouse confine. McCarter went on to express that he pulled over to the side ofthe road picked out a pumpkin that he felt was appropriateto his purposes cut a hole in it and proceeded to conform to his alleged "need". McCarter apparently failed to sight the Decatur Municipal police car approaching and was unawareof his audience until officer Bonnie Taylor approached him."It was an unusual situation that's for sure."
